  • Local Delivery: We offer local delivery services for our customers within a 90km radius from our location. Local delivery is available for both honey and beekeeping supplies. Please note that local delivery incurs a flat fee of $150.

  • Local Pickup: If you prefer to pick up your order in person, you can choose the local pickup option during the checkout process.

2. Delivery Timeframes:

  • Honey: For honey orders, we offer tracked shipping services, ensuring your order is delivered promptly. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the delivery of honey products.

  • Beekeeping Supplies: Beekeeping supplies may take up to 4 weeks for local delivery and pickup due to high demand and availability. We appreciate your patience as we ensure the quality and availability of these products.

3. Tracking Information:

  • Honey: Tracked shipping services are available for honey orders. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the status and delivery of your package.

  • Beekeeping Supplies: Tracking information is not available for beekeeping supplies. Our team will contact you to coordinate the delivery or pickup details within the specified timeframe.

4. Shipping Charges:

  • Local delivery incurs a flat fee of $150.

  • Local pickup option does not incur additional charges.

5. International Shipping:

At this time, we only offer local delivery and pickup services within our specified 90km radius. We do not offer international shipping for any of our products.

6. Address Accuracy:

It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery or pickup information during the checkout process. Sweet Justice is not liable for any delays or issues arising from incorrect addresses or contact information provided by the customer.
