Refund policy

At Sweet Justice, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality honey and beekeeping supplies. We understand that sometimes a return is necessary, and we aim to make this process as simple and straightforward as possible. Please read our returns policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns Eligibility:

  • We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Bee hives and bees are non-refundable as they include live bees.

2. Process for Returns:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at hello@sweetjustice.com.au within 30 days of receiving your purchase to request a return authorisation (RA) number.

  • Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

  • Ship the item(s) to the following address:

  • Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

3. Refund or Exchange:

  • Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
  • If you prefer an exchange, please let us know when you request the return authorization. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

4. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@sweetjustice.com.au with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
